BINAMOU NYAMSI JULES MARCELIN, studied at the bilingual technical high school of Bonadoumbe until obtaining his baccalaureate in Accounting and Management and occupies the position of communication officer of the African Caribbean Pacific Diaspora Youth Support Services Cameroon (ACP-DYSS Cameroon).

Jules BINAMOU is a committed, responsible and dynamic young person, he aspires to support his community, particularly young people who suffer from the ills that undermine our society, to have an entrepreneurial spirit and later become pillars of society.
